Mas este ano fui atendida por uma moça loira (de cabelo comprido), que perguntou grosseiramente se eu ia ou não querer o bloco de papel no qual eu estava em dúvida se comprava, pois, no ano passado a outra atendente (uma loira do cabelo curto, muito educada e atenciosa), encadernou. Bem como ela pedia que eu fosse até as prateleiras e escolhesse os materiais.
 I have been a loyal customer for 4 years. But this year I was attended by a blonde girl (with long hair), who asked rudely if I would or not want the pad of paper on which I was in doubt if I would buy, because last year the other attendant (a blonde with hair short, very polite and helpful), bound. Just like she asked me to go to the shelves and choose the materials.

Seria bom o dono treinar melhor seus funcionários, senão vão acabar perdendo clientes.
