★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possui uma boa localização, perto do metrô vila Mariana, é bem organizado e limpo; diferente de sebos empoeirado e com cheiro de mofo (minha rinite agradece). Possui uma boa variedade de livros usados e novos. O único ponto negativo é que os livros usados não possui o preço na capa e vc tem que ir até o balcão se informar, seria melhor se tivesse os preços na capa, assim como tem nos livros novos.
 It has a good location, close to the Vila Mariana subway, it is well organized and clean; different from dusty, musty-edged hedgerows (my rhinitis thanks you). It has a good range of used and new books. The only negative point is that used books do not have a price on the cover and you have to go to the counter to find out, it would be better if you had prices on the cover, just like you have in new books.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não fui bem tratada por esse Sebo. Comprei um livro no 13 de maio, e até hoje não recebi. Envio mensagens, mas nada é feito para resolver o meu problema. Quando faço o rastreamento, o livro continua no mesmo lugar desde o dia 20 de maio. Mas na semana passada quis devolver o livro e receber o que paguei, sem receber. Me deram uma resposta que para mim, é uma enrolação. Me disseram que eu peciso primeiro, receber o livro para recusá-lo, e depois fazerem o estorno. Mas hoje, é dia 7 de junho. Para eu devolver e receber o que tenho, por direito, eu preciso receber o livro.
Ja vai fazer um mês, e até agora, nada. Mas que vergonha, meu Deus. Em época de quarentena, fazerem uma sujeira desse tipo. E a empresa estante virtual com letras minúsculas, não faz para ajudar e proteger o cliente.
Unfortunately I was not treated well by this Sebo. I bought a book on May 13th, and until today I haven't received it. I send messages, but nothing is done to solve my problem. When I do the tracking, the book has remained in the same place since May 20. But last week I wanted to return the book and get what I paid for, without receiving it. They gave me an answer that, for me, is a nonsense. I was told that I first need to receive the book to refuse it, and then make a chargeback. But today, it's June 7th. For me to return and receive what I have, by right, I need to receive the book.
It's been a month, and so far, nothing. What a shame, my God. In quarantine times, make such a mess. And the virtual bookcase company with lowercase letters, does not do to help and protect the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se for trocar ou vender, a avaliação que eles fazem é bem ruim. Fui com 14 livros - usados mas em bom estado - e avaliaram todos em R$ 60. Em outro sebo, na mesma região, só 9 desses MESMOS 14 livros foram avaliados em R$ 140. Há, porém, boa variedade de livros novos.

Nota-se que em todos os comentários negativos, existe a tentativa de se esquivar do feedback com justificativas superficiais. Ou seja, além de péssimos livreiros são, também, péssimos comerciantes.
Trabalho, sim, com livros há 10 anos. Componho acervo para repasse e acervo pessoal. Nunca desvalorizei o material de outros, como o meu foi desvalorizado por vocês.
