★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 08/12/2020 fui até a loja bb presentes e solicitei que fosse feito uma folha com adesivo em vinil transparente com letras brancas, a qual a atendente disse que era possível sim, e já deixei pago. Disse que tinha pressa em receber o produto e eles garantiram que seria rápido. A atendente ficou de entrar em contato pra que eu passasse a arte a ela, e não entrou, eu entrei em contato e enviei a arte, e ela disse que não era possível fazer a arte da forma que eu queria e havia pago, depois de muita briga consegui aprovar a arte, e deixei claro que tinha pressa em receber o produto, porém mesmo depois de pronto não me avisaram que o produto estava pronto, e tive que comprar em outro local, e desde então entrei em contato com a loja diversas vezes pra que eles façam o reembolso do valor e me disseram que não vão fazer o reembolso, sendo que o erro foi deles e não meu, e até agora não me deram resposta nenhuma.
On 12/08/2020 I went to the bb gifts store and asked for a sheet to be made with transparent vinyl sticker with white letters, which the attendant said was possible, and I already paid. He said he was in a hurry to receive the product and they guaranteed it would be quick. The attendant stayed in contact so I could pass the art on to her, and she didn't, I contacted and sent the art, and she said that it was not possible to make the art the way I wanted and had paid, after a lot of fighting I managed to approve the art, and I made it clear that I was in a hurry to receive the product, but even after it was ready, I was not warned that the product was ready, and I had to buy elsewhere, and since then I contacted the store several times for them to make the refund of the amount and they told me that they will not make the refund, being the mistake was theirs and not mine, and so far they have not given me any answer.
