★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não querem alugar ou vender. Muita má vontade. Não respondem e-mail e nem anúncios. Você liga lá e ninguém sabe se o imóvel está alugado ou não. Falam que os corretores estão em visita e que quando chegar vão retornar. Mas nunca retornam... Ou estão em visita 24 horas por dia. Prometem e não cumprem.
 They do not want to rent or sell. Much ill will. They do not respond to email or ads. You call there and no one knows if the property is rented or not. They say that the brokers are visiting and that when they arrive they will return. But they never return ... Or they are visiting 24 hours a day. They promise and they do not comply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária cobrança indevida atendimento péssimo, pensem duas vezes antes de fazer contrato nessa imobiliária gente pq a dor de cabeça ao encerrar o contrato é certeira, não conseguem passar uma informação concreta para o cliente cada um fala uma coisa e no final quem paga é vc.
Bad real estate undue charge terrible service, think twice before making a contract with this real estate company, people because the headache when closing the contract is right, they can't pass concrete information to the customer, each one says one thing and in the end you pay .

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IN A LITTLE BIT, THEY DO A LITTLE SHUT OF YOU AND TO END THE CONTRACT IT IS A LOT OF HEADACHE, THEY MAKE UNDUE AND ABSURD CONRANCHES, THEY CAME TO TALK ABOUT CHANGE IN VALUE TO MORE THAN 100 REAIS ON MY EXPIRATION DAY, I SAID NO I WANTED TO STAY AT THE HOUSE BUT BECAUSE I HAD THE BIGGEST HEADACHE IN THE HOUSE, I HAVE COMPLAINED THEY DON'T SOLVE ANYTHING, THEY JUST CRAP AND DON'T ANSWER, THEY DON'T WANT TO HAVE THAT HEADACHE
