Precisava montar um PC para trabalhar com edição de imagens e que desse para jogar tb. Fui disposto a investir uma boa grana nesse PC, mas por incrível que parece, diferentemente de outros orçamentos que já tinha feito e já cansado de tanto buscar uma loja honesta, encontrei a BBinfo. Me passaram um orçamento pelo whatsapp onde economizaria 1/3 do que estava disposto a pagar com uma configuração TOP,
Fui na loja no mesmo dia e fui atendido pelo Anderson, que me explicou tim tim por tim tim que aquela configuração "mais barata" era mais do o necessário para desenvolver meu trabalho.
Enfim, estou satisfeito com meu equipamento e muito feliz por ter encontrado uma loja que não quer vender o mais caro.
Parabéns pela honestidade e qualidade no atendimento.

I needed to set up a PC to work with image editing and that I could also play. I was willing to invest a lot of money in this PC, but oddly enough, unlike other budgets I had already made and tired of looking for an honest store, I found BBinfo. I was sent a quote through whatsapp where I would save 1/3 of what I was willing to pay with a TOP configuration,
I went to the store the same day and was attended by Anderson, who explained to me tim tim by tim tim that that "cheaper" configuration was more than necessary to develop my work.
Anyway, I am satisfied with my equipment and very happy to have found a store that does not want to sell the most expensive.

Comprei um processador produto usado e fiz a instalação na placa de um cliente, no dia seguinte deu problema, liguei para o vendedor chamado Anderson e fui trocar o produto, chegando lá a loja estava fechada ainda eram 17:30hrs. Voltei outro dia e troquei o processador por um do mesmo modelo funcionou só um dia e seu ruim novamente.por fim fui na loja e o mesmo vendedor me atendeu friamente e me edevolveu o dinheiro sem dar uma mina explicação.. minha opinião. Não recomendo.
Replicando sua resposta, não tem outro equipamento do cliente queimando o processador comprado em sua loja. Pois deixei um processador meu instalado na placa mãe dele e esta funcionando normalmente.

Finally I went to the store and the same salesman answered me coldly and returned the money to me without giving me an explanation .. my opinion. I do not recommend.
Replicating his answer, there is no other customer equipment burning the processor purchased at his store. Because I left a processor of mine installed on his motherboard and it is working normally.

Levei o pc até a loja e fui super bem atendida pelo Anderson, que fez todos os testes e tentou de tudo para que a placa voltasse a funcionar. Depois de um tempo, tive problemas de novo e precisei acionar a garantia. O atendimento foi excelente e eles sempre buscaram todas as soluções pra resolver o meu problema. Ótimo pós-venda!
I bought a PC gamer in July 2020 and it had video card issues less than a year later. I took the pc to the store and was very well attended by Anderson, who did all the tests and tried everything to get the card back up and running. After a while, I had problems again and needed to call the warranty. The service was excellent and they always looked for all the solutions to solve my problem. Great after-sales!

Precisei comprar uma fonte pro meu PC, qd cheguei em casa o produto não coube no meu gabinete, voltei até a loja e fui atendida pelo Anderson, uma pessoa bastante gentil e solícita, expliquei o que houve e ele prontamente me devolveu o valor da mercadoria sem nada ponderar.
