★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entregaram meu pedido incompleto e depois de 35 tentativas de contato finalmente consegui falar com um moço que se identificou como proprietário e me deu 2 alternativas...um seria o reembolso e o que escolhi que enviasse o restante do pedido. Apesar de no final ter resolvido a situação achei que faltou profissionalismo do estabelecimento em geral.
They delivered my incomplete order and after 35 attempts to contact I finally managed to speak with a guy who identified himself as the owner and gave me 2 alternatives...one would be a refund and I chose to send the rest of the order. Despite having resolved the situation in the end, I found that the establishment lacked professionalism in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, um dos piores que ja presenciei, cheguei no local, fui dar um boa noite antes de tudo, a pessoa nem deixou eu falar nada, falou um "só aguardar " apontando pra calçada, tratando o ser humano como se fosse bicho. Imagina como deve tratar os funcionários. Lamentável

Muuuito tempo depois pedi novamente e a entrega veio em 30 minutos, porém, comida totalmente sem sal, pedi pra vir sem feijão, jogaram logo farofa e feijão no STROGONOFF, e não importa o tanto de reclamação que eles recebem, não mudam, é assim aqui e no iFood. Uma pena

Total descaso com o cliente. Caso precisem eu mando foto da marmita. Aguardo contato, é o mínimo que podem fazer.
