★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior loja de veículos com a qual tive o desprazer de ter contato. Os vendedores são despreparados e ignorantes. Não possuem trato com o cliente nem traquejo social. O carro que foi comprado por um amigo veio com um defeito na trava da porta, deixando-o em risco de ser roubado. O vendedor Filipe se recusa a falar com qualquer pessoa que não seja o comprador do veículo (que está trabalhando e impossibilitado de falar) e não possuem assistência remota para resolver o problema. O cliente tem que esperar até o dia seguinte para resolver uma falha da loja em um carro que foi retirado hoje!! Não comprem nesse lugar se prezam seu dinheiro.
Worst car shop I had the displeasure of having contact with. Sellers are unprepared and ignorant. They have no dealings with the client or social skills. The car that was bought by a friend came with a defective door lock, leaving it at risk of being stolen. Salesman Filipe refuses to talk to anyone other than the buyer of the vehicle (who is working and unable to speak) and does not have remote assistance to solve the problem. The customer has to wait until the next day to resolve a store failure on a car that was taken out today !! Don't buy in this place if you value your money.
