★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem poucas opções da Shineray, falta informações sobre os produtos, os vendedores de motos e bikes eletricista não tem as informações corretas sabre o produto, a principal informação errada é sobre a potência, vi uma de 3.000 mil watts e bateria de 25 amperes sem informar com quantos volts, que no caso perguntei e me informarão vendo no site do fabricante que era de 60 volts e bateria de 25 amperes, que só da 1500 watts, pois para saber a potência se multiplica os volts pelos amperes, que para dar 3000 watts seria 60 volts por 50 amperes, outro problema é o preço, mas isso é culpa do governo do Estado com impostos abusivos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como voces viram aí, muitos casos de produtos com problemas e não são dados os devidos atendimentos e cumprimento da garantia, o mesmo caso é o mesmo, comprei uma scooter eletrica e tive varios problemas, a ultima vez a moto parou de vez, tive que empurra-la por 6 km e tive que alugar um utilitario para levar até a loja e ouvir que a moto levou chuva e que a garantia não cobre. estou postando aqui um email da propria Shineray, que diz que pode sim tomar chuva. Acionei a justiça para fazer valer o meu direito e recomento que todos façam isso. Para todos que estão sofrendo com o mesmo problema, aí está a nota da fabricante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho dó que reclamar, comprei uma Jet50 e estou super satisfeito, antes de comprar fui bem atendido, e após receber minha Jet ainda sim fui bem atendido. Creio que quem reclama sobre mal atendimento deve chegar na loja fazendo exigências absurdas e maltratando funcionários. Após 150km levei para apertar a corrente fui prontamente atendido. Equipe de funcionários nota 9, não dou 10 pq sempre tem um que queima o filme, mas tem um lá que sempre está de mal humor, apenas evitar esse rapaz e será tranquilo.
