★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei ultrassonografia e mamografia com um mês de antecedência.Recepção lotada com 40 pessoas mais de 2 horas para antender e fazer exames.Se fosse pra esperar mais de duas horas pra quê marcar. Sem álcool gel e aglomeração. Péssimo.
I booked ultrasound and mammography a month in advance. Reception was crowded with 40 people for more than 2 hours to schedule and take exams. Alcohol-free gel and agglomeration. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca atendem no horário. Cheguei 5 minutos antes do horário, não tinha ninguém e fiquei esperando quase 1 hora. E isso não é um episódio isolado, acontece sempre que venho fazer alguma consulta ou exame.

They never answer on time. I arrived 5 minutes before the time, there was nobody and I was waiting almost 1 hour. And this is not an isolated episode, it happens whenever I come to make an appointment or exam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamos vivendo um momento muito complicando com a pandemia, e apesar disso fiquei decepcionado e assustado com falta de organização no atendimento na clinica, fiz o agendamento antecipado por telefone para um pedido de Raio-X para o meu filho, no caminho mandei uma mensagem no whatsapp da clinica para saber o informações sobre o endereço, a atendente apenas disse para eu pesquisasse no Google.
A frustração não parou por ai, ao chegar a clinica com o meu filho de um ano e dez meses, a recepcionista informou que eu precisava pegar uma senha para preenchimento da ficha, depois de ser chamado e informar as informações pessoais, me encaminharam para o segundo piso, acredite ou não, era mais uma fila, detalhes sobre o ambiente fechado, ar-condicionado desligado, tumultuado de pessoas e havia moço que ficavam com a mascara no queixo, ao ser chamado a sala de Raio-X, fomos atendido por uma moça totalmente sem paciência ao se tratar de um atendimento a uma criança, apos finalizar o Raio-X pediu para que vestisse as roupas do meu filho fora da sala porque tinha muitas pessoas para atender ainda, logico que não fiz o que me pediu.
Estou muito aborrecido, pelo péssimo atendimento e ambiente nada de acordo com as medidas estabelecidas pelos órgãos Municipais, estaduais ou Federais.
A secretaria de Saúde Precisa visitar essa clinica.
We are living in a very complicated moment with the pandemic, and despite that I was disappointed and frightened by the lack of organization in the clinic, I made an advance appointment by phone for an X-ray request for my son, on the way I sent a message on whatsapp of the clinic to know the information about the address, the attendant just told me to search on Google.
The frustration did not stop there, when I arrived at the clinic with my son of one year and ten months, the receptionist informed me that I needed to get a password to fill out the form, after being called and informing my personal information, they sent me to the second floor, believe it or not, it was more of a queue, details about the closed environment, air conditioning turned off, crowded with people and there was a young man with the mask on his chin, when the X-ray room was called, we were attended by a girl totally out of patience when dealing with a child, after finishing the X-ray she asked me to put on my son's clothes outside the room because she still had many people to attend to, of course I didn't do what she asked.
I am very upset, due to the poor service and the environment, nothing according to the measures established by Organs Municipal, State or Federal agencies.
The Health Secretariat needs to visit this clinic.
