★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento e muito organizado só que a demora qdo o exame é pelo sus não é fácil. Estava marcada para hoje as 15 horas já são 16:13 e ainda estou sentada esperando.Da última vez que vim demoraram 2 horas para me atender .

Atendimento via telefone ou net é complicado mesmo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi bom o atendimento via whatsapp para agendar exames,desde o dia dois de maio estou tentando e não me retornaram mensagem de confirmação para ultrassom de mama.
As opções são de atendimento particular ou convênio e no meu caso é pelo SUS e não encontra opção pelo whatsapp.
The service via whatsapp to schedule exams has been good, since the 2nd of May I have been trying and I have not received a confirmation message for a breast ultrasound.
The options are private service or agreement and in my case it is through SUS and there is no option through whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento deixa a desejar, pacientes que chegam atrasados são passados na frente de quem chega no horário. Exame marcado pras 06:40hs e o técnico de RX chegou às 06:50. Pessoas com necessidades especiais não tem preferência no atendimento, nem mesmo pra ser atendido no horário marcado.
The service leaves something to be desired, patients who arrive late are passed in front of those who arrive on time. Exam scheduled for 06:40hs and the RX technician arrived at 06:50. People with special needs do not have preference in service, not even to be attended at the scheduled time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não façam exames nessa clínica!! Meu irmão fez ultrassom e disseram que o resultado saia na hora, não saiu e eles estão enrolando para entregar. Faz mais de uma semana que estamos esperando o resultado. Fez pelo particular pq precisava do resultado rápido e ficam demorando, se fosse para demorar marcava pelo sus mesmo.
Don't take exams at this clinic!! My brother had an ultrasound and they said the result would come out on time, it didn't and they're trying to deliver it. We've been waiting for the result for over a week. He did it for the private because he needed the result fast and they take time, if it was to take time, he marked it by himself.
