Dificil dizer qual estava pior, o cafe estava totalmente fora de qualidade de um espresso, estava queimado, brownie enrolado num plastico film numa apresentação de arrepiar e ainda pra comer com a mão, agua c gás num copinho plástico de café. Ou seja um conjunto onde nada salvou. Deveria a franquia saber que apresentação dos produtos acompanhados de bom atendimento e sabor trás o cliente com frequência ao estabelecimento. O conjunto que vcs vendem precisa ser revisto.
 I ordered an espresso and a brownie. Hard to say which was worse, the coffee was totally out of espresso quality, it was burnt, brownie wrapped in a plastic film in a shivering presentation and still to eat with the hand, water and gas in a plastic cup of coffee. Or a set where nothing saved. The franchise should know that presentation of the products accompanied by good service and taste brings the customer frequently to the establishment. The set you sell needs to be reviewed.
