★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma rasterinha antes da pandemia, na primeira vez que coloquei eu ficava escorregando nas miçangas que soltavam e sujando toda a minha casa, ainda bem que eu consegui trocar antes de sair, na mesma hora eu tirei e guardei para trocar assim que voltasse o comercio, foi descartável, hoje vim na loja trocar e não fizeram nada para ajudar, ainda falaram que o cliente escolhe se compra com a defeito ou não, pois mostrei que as rasteirinhas iguais a minha que estavam na loja soltavam também! Achei muita falta de consideração e respeito.
I bought a raster before the pandemic, the first time I put it I kept slipping on the beads that loosened and dirtying my whole house, thankfully I was able to change it before leaving, at the same time I took it out and kept it to change as soon as the trade returned , it was disposable, today I came to the store to change and they did nothing to help, they still said that the customer chooses whether to buy with the defect or not, because I showed that the flat shoes like mine that were in the store were also loose! I found it very lacking in consideration and respect.
