Compramos um armário contigo a um mês atrás onde o Sr. havia nós informado que entregaria na outra semana em 7 dias após a data de compra.
Liguei para o Sr. na segunda (22/03) e o Sr. me passou que iria verificar com o marceneiro a REAL data de entrega. Hoje (quarta-feira 24/03), liguei pra ti e não obtive sucesso (O Sr. não me atendeu), preciso de uma posição com a data de entrega ou QUERO O DINHEIRO DE VOLTA!!
Infelizmente, não tenho esse tempo que o Sr. quer que eu tenha... E o Sr. não me atender ou responder não irá resolver o meu problema.
Preciso urgente de um esclarecimento da sua parte. Espero que o Sr. me responde o mais rápido possivel!
PS.: EU entendo que a pandemia possa estar atrasando o lado da loja de moveis mais a pandemia esta ruim para todos, e espero que o Sr. não use isso como desculpa para o atraso do prazo passado pelo Sr.
Vou tentar todos os contato possíveis, para que o Sr. possa me responder..

We bought a cabinet with you a month ago where you had informed us that you would deliver it the other week in 7 days after the date of purchase.
I called you on Monday (03/22) and you told me that you were going to check with the carpenter the REAL delivery date. Today (Wednesday 24/03), I called you and I was unsuccessful (You didn't answer me), I need a position with the delivery date or I WANT THE MONEY BACK !!
Unfortunately, I don't have the time you want me to have ... And if you don't answer or answer me, it won't solve my problem.
I urgently need a clarification on your part. I hope you answer me as soon as possible!
