★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei cinco cadeiras com o Eduardo e a Michelle, os responsáveis pela loja no dia 13/02/2014, para a troca do assento/encosto de três, e a base de duas. Até hoje (16/07/2014) estou cobrando a devolução do material. Não foi um desrespeito ao consumidor, foi um CRIME! O crime de APROPRIAÇÃO INDÉBITA(art. 168 do Código Penal). Todas as vezes que perguntei do material eles deram respostas evasivas, tentando me enrolar. Não são sérios e imagino que outros consumidores também estão tendo problemas com eles mas não conseguem se manifestar. Fiquem atentos!
I left five chairs with Eduardo and Michelle, responsible for the store on 02/13/2014, to change the seat / back of three, and the base of two. Until today (07/16/2014) I am charging the return of the material. It was not a consumer disrespect, it was a CRIME! The crime of INDIVIDUAL APPROPRIATION (art. 168 of the Penal Code). Every time I asked about the material they gave evasive answers, trying to curl me up. They are not serious and I imagine other consumers are having problems with them too but are unable to speak up. Stay tuned!
