Comprei um cupom no site magote para os procedimentos esfoliação + massagem + limpeza facial, até aí uma excelente experiência.
Marquei via whatsapp para sábado 19/03 14hs, no mesmo dia recebo uma mensagem da Letícia informando que a moça se confundiu, até aí normal, acontece. Remarcamos para hoje 26/03 09h30, me programei para estar lá no horário e adivinha?
Não foi passado o endereço completo, com o número da sala, pois é um edifício comercial, até aí consegui me localizar e a recepcionista do prédio estava tentando ligar nada de atender, eu pelo meu celular também e NADA!
Quando consegui falar já era 10hs e adivinhe novamente? a profissional estava atrasada e eu teria que ficar aguardando por mais 30 minutos ou reagendar. Já havia pago estacionamento e tinha me programado para acontecer, mas como acreditar na qualidade dos procedimentos, sendo que o atendimento já começou ruim?
Senti que o atendimento por cupom é tratado com diferença, mas para que colocar cupom então?
Uma observação e que inclusive eu costumo fazer muito. Através do cupom existe fidelização e indicação, mas acredito não ter dito sorte com a Beauty Clinic.
 I would like to share all my dissatisfaction with the service of this clinic.
I bought a coupon on the magote website for the exfoliation + massage + facial cleaning procedures, so far an excellent experience.
I booked via whatsapp for Saturday 03/19 at 2 pm, on the same day I receive a message from Leticia informing that the girl got confused, until then normal, it happens. We rescheduled for today 03/26 09:30, I scheduled myself to be there on time and guess what?
The full address was not given, with the room number, as it is a commercial building, until then I managed to locate myself and the receptionist of the building was trying to call nothing to answer, I on my cell phone too and NOTHING!
When I managed to speak it was already 10 am and guess what? the professional was late and I would have to wait for another 30 minutes or reschedule. I had already paid for parking and had it scheduled for me, but how can I believe in the quality of the procedures, when the service has already started off bad?
I felt that coupon service is treated differently, but why put a coupon then?
An observation and that even I usually do a lot. Through the coupon there is loyalty and indication, but I believe I didn't have luck with Beauty Clinic.
