★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Marquei a consulta via Whatsapp. Expliquei que já usava ortodontia e que estava avaliando novo profissional para trocar de consultório. Cheguei no dia da avaliação e fui recebida na porta por uma doutora segurando um lenço e que estava visivelmente congestionada. Entendo que qualquer pessoa está sujeita a se resfriar, mas no meio de uma pandemia não acho legal te receberem desse jeito. Ela me pediu para vestir prope antes de entrar (nenhuma profissional estava usando) Não tinha sequer uma cadeira para sentar e vestir o prope.
Fiz a consulta com a dentista que mais que uma consulta foi uma tentativa de venda do invisalign.
Em momento nenhum me falaram que consulta de avaliação seria paga e para minha surpresa na saída quiseram me cobrar mais de 200 reais!!! Depois de explicar que isto não foi informado na hora do agendamento, tive que pagar 100 reais. Pedi a NF, ficaram de me mandar por e-mail logo em seguida, coisa que não aconteceu. Tive que cobrar a mesma porque não tinham mandado. Quando finalmente me mandaram a nota, a mesma veio com os dados errados. Falta de profissionalismo notável.
Terrible attendance. I made an appointment via Whatsapp. I explained that I was already using orthodontics and that I was evaluating a new professional to switch offices. I arrived on the day of the evaluation and was met at the door by a doctor holding a handkerchief and who was visibly congested. I understand that anyone is liable to catch a cold, but in the middle of a pandemic, I don't think it's cool to receive you that way. She asked me to put on the prope before entering (no professional was wearing it) I didn't even have a chair to sit on and put on the prope.
I made the appointment with the dentist that more than one appointment was an attempt to sell the invisalign.
At no time did they tell me that evaluation consultation would be paid and to my surprise on departure they wanted to charge me over 200 reais !!! After explaining that this was not informed at the time of the appointment, I had to pay 100 reais. I asked the NF, they were to send me by e-mail shortly thereafter, which did not happen. I had to charge the same because they had not ordered. When they finally sent me the note, it came with the wrong data. Notable lack of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com o paciente, estou ha mais de 3 semanas aguardando o retorno da clinica referente a liberação de novas sessoes atraves do convenio. Mando msg no WhatsApp visualisam e nao respondem! Quando liga te responde de forma rispida! Alem de marcarem uma consulta com fono + TO sendo que a fonoaudiologia não atuava no dia no qual foi informado. Enfim perdi meu tempo e as solicitacoes médicas. Nao recomendo!
