★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em relação ao banho, nunca tivemos problemas, é bom. Já o serviço de tosa deixa muito a desejar. Na 1° vez, imaginamos que o resultado ruim tinha sido porque era a 1° tosa da filhote. Solicitamos novamente o serviço tempos depois e o resultado foi mto pior, não realizaram o trabalho conforme as referências (fotos) que mandamos, justamente para não deixar dúvidas. Entregaram nossa cachorrinha (shih tzu) com diversas falhas na pelagem, várias partes tortas, parece que foi feito por alguém sem experiência alguma.
A questão não é só a aparência, tosaram mto mais que nós havíamos combinado e com esse frio, estamos nos desdobrando para mantê -la quentinha e confortável com roupinhas e cobertores. Não recomendamos a tosa neste estabelecimento.
Regarding the bath, we never had any problems, it's good. The grooming service leaves much to be desired. The first time, we thought that the bad result had been because it was the puppy's first grooming. We requested the service again some time later and the result was much worse, they did not carry out the work according to the references (photos) we sent, precisely to leave no doubt. They delivered our puppy (shih tzu) with several flaws in the coat, several crooked parts, it seems that it was done by someone with no experience at all.
The issue is not just the appearance, they have trimmed much more than we had agreed and with this cold, we are working hard to keep you warm and comfortable with clothes and blankets. We do not recommend grooming at this establishment.

I love this petshop. They are very affectionate. And our little animals are super fragrant. The bath lasts a long time. Not to mention that my pets love to go take a shower.
