Péssimo atendimento, fora todo o constrangimento. Pois tenho compromisso e por isso marquei com antecedência.
I called the day before to schedule a service with a professional, everything was ok.
I got there today the professional was attending to another person scheduled in my schedule. My name wasn't even on the agenda.
Terrible service, apart from all the embarrassment. Because I have an appointment and so I booked in advance.
