★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente sem conforto, a estagiária estava trêmula e não conseguiu fazer o procedimento na paciente idosa , foi uma segunda pessoa que concluiu o exame retirando sangue pela a segunda vez .! Resultado sem estrutura alguma .!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrutura ruim para ser um laboratório e atendimento tão ruim quanto a estrutura.
Cadeira de coleta inapropriada pra coleta, pois trata-se de uma cadeira de escritório comum com um suporte para o braço a parte.
Quem fez a coleta foi um estudante de bioquímica que sequer sabia usar o garrote, tentou por mais de 5 vezes garrotear. Quando foi puncionar a veia, não acertou e rodou a agulha três vezes tentando localizar a veia e não percebeu que a agulha não estava na veia, eu que sinalizei e ele retirou.
Na segunda punção eu como paciente, disse qual seria a veia que ele puncionaria e dessa forma ele fez e conseguiu o acesso.
Ele informou que são eles que fazem a análise do exame.
Agora faço a pergunta, se não sabe garrotear para puncionar, sabe analisar um exame? Como isso é possível?
Não indico e ainda sugiro uma visita da vigilância sanitária ao local, pois os “profissionais” estavam com vestimentas brancas visivelmente sujas, mantinham algodão embebido em algodão dentro que um vidro que manusearam sem luvas e Cuba rim plástica, imagina os “bastidores “!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento pode ser ótimo pra quem é jovem mas, meus pais que são idosos foram fazer exames e atendente não explicou a forma de pagamento corretamente e ainda informou errado.
Eu acho que deveriam colocar pessoas que tenham pelo menos um curso de atendimento ao cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento virtual e por telefone é muito ruim. Quando é para marcar o exame sempre muitos solicitos, porém depois é horrivel, não respondem em nenhum canal digital disponível e por telefone só passam falsas informações sobre o meu problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratório instalado no Crio informa na placa atendimento até 12h no entanto chego para ser atendido as 10:15 e a atendente informa que já encerrou. Obs. Falta de compromisso com o paciente.
