They never answer that phone ,,,, and as some people said in the past comments .... every time I entered this store I noticed the negligence of the salespeople .... I ended up buying online that the service was excellent ,,,,,

No one answers, I don't know why there is a telephone if no one answers at any time. Disregard for the customer! I'm wondering about an order from me that says it was delivered, and I didn't pick it up. ZERO NOTE, terrible!

A vendedora Larissa foi muito prestativa no atendimento, me indicou produtos para meu rosto que fez toda a diferença e já no primeiro mês vi resultado!! Sem contar a linha de cabelo, eu estava com queda e ela foi certeira nessa indicação também.. sério procurem por ela, nota mil.

The seller Larissa was very helpful in the service, indicated products for my face that made all the difference and in the first month I saw results !! Not to mention the hairline, I had a fall and she was right on that indication too ... seriously look for her, note thousand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma pena que uma loja tão boa, trate tão mal alguns clientes. Toda vez que entro na loja, é uma luta para conseguir alguém que atenda mesmo que a loja esteja vazia, como foi a última vez. Ninguém atende, ignora presença, mas se outra pessoa entra com “aparencia” adulta (porque pareço criança) e é atendida normalmente. Não sei qual a política da loja, se é necessário estar bem arrumado, “cara” de quem vai comprar, mas toda vez sou mal recebida, seja como for e com quem for. Nessa mesma última vez, entrei com minhas irmãs para comprar um perfume mas desisti e comprei em outra loja, tamanho o descaso. É uma loja que por mim, não recomendo, ha outros lugares bem mais receptivos e educado sem ignorar ninguém.
Too bad such a good store treats some customers so badly. Every time I walk into the store, it's a struggle to get someone to answer even if the store is empty, as it was last time. No one answers, ignores presence, but if someone else comes in with adult “appearance” (because I look like a child) and is answered normally. I don't know what the store's policy is, if it's necessary to be well groomed, “expensive” to buy, but every time I am badly received, whatever and with anyone. That same last time, I went with my sisters to buy a perfume but gave up and bought it in another store, the size of the neglect. It is a store that I do not recommend, there are other places much more receptive and polite without ignoring anyone.
