★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Ganhei um secador que não funciona, fui na loja trocar e o prazo de troca é de 3 dias APENAS! Pedi para falar com o gerente, mas me disseram que o mesmo pediu demissão. Se recusaram a trocar! UM ABSURDO, NÃO RECOMENDO!! PÉSSIMA LOJA, PÉSSIMO SERVIÇO E PÉSSIMO TRATAMENTO COM OS CLIENTES!!! Já mandei mensagem para vocês no instagram há umas duas semanas, me colocaram em contato com um número no whatsapp e disseram que estavam vendo o que poderiam fazer, até hoje não tive nenhuma resposta!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem uns 10 vendedores na loja, mas nenhuma pessoa vem atender, estão mais preocupadas em falar sobre qual produtos elas querem testar. Quando conseguimos falar com alguém a pessoa não sabe dar uma sugestão! Perguntei qual produto a pessoa podia sugerir para low poo, a pessoa não sabe nem o que é, portanto não consegue indicar, depois disso foi embora, é um desrespeito com o consumidor!
