★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e meus pais Compramos 3 mil de Azulejos porcelanatos e não tivemos um vendedor que pudesse interagir com a gente , Se tivesse uma dúvida tínhamos que procurar um vendedor para ajudar . Pedimos para entregar, quando foi entregue o cara do carro disse que alguns azulejos tinha sido quebrados , falou que iria entregar em uma data e não cumpriu , ligamos para loja e eles pediram fotos e fizeram descaso como se a gente tivesse ganhado os azulejos e não tivesse como reclamar . Nunca mais compro nada nessa loja e em nenhuma rede castor.
Me and my parents We bought 3 thousand porcelain tiles and we didn't have a seller who could interact with us. If we had a question we had to look for a seller to help. We asked to deliver, when it was delivered, the guy from the car said that some tiles had been broken, he said he would deliver on a date and he didn't, we called the store and they asked for photos and ignored us as if we had won the tiles and not could complain. I will never buy anything from this store or any beaver chain again.
