★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse como dar zero estrela eu daria, vendedores não sabem orientar os clientes quanto a merragem de pisos e revestimentos, foi necessário comprar mais uma caixa de revestimento, porem fui a loja em um domingo e solicitei uma caixa porque o pedreiro estava precisando de apenas 4 peças para terminar a parede, se a loja esta aberta o estoque tambem deve estar. Pedi ao gerente que ja que o estoque estava fechado então que me vendesse o mostruario porem o mesmo se recusou, se esta anunciado o consumidor tem o direito de comprar, quem tem que se organizar é a loja, se tem ou não tem espaço para manter uma quantidade minima o consumodor não pode ser lesado. Nunca mais compro nada la, e outra é obrigação ter etique identificando que não tem estoque. Sem falar no fato de que os entregadores rasgaram um saco de argamassa e nas peças que vieram quebradas.

I asked the manager that since the stock was closed then he would sell me the showcase, but he refused, if it is advertised, the consumer has the right to buy, the store has to organize itself, whether or not it has space to keep a minimum amount the consumer cannot be harmed. I never buy anything there again, and another must have a tag identifying that it has no stock. Not to mention the fact that the couriers ripped a bag of mortar and the pieces that came broken.
