Inclusive a solução foi me informada por whatsapp, acredito que uma maneira bem ágil de comunicação. Foram sempre educados e explicativos em todo o momento, nunca fugindo das responsabilidades.
I had a problem with a sneaker purchased at the store, but this problem was resolved by the managers in a professional manner and within the Consumer Protection Code.
Even the solution was informed to me by whatsapp, I believe it is a very agile way of communication. They were always polite and explanatory at all times, never running away from responsibilities.
