★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou todos os meses, mas o atendimento têm caído muito, paga-se 40, 00 por um corte, com "direito" a um shop ou a uma bebida não alcoólica, mas o atendente não se dar nem ao trabalho de oferecer. As bebidas mais nunca estão disponíveis. Acho que isso não é legal. Normalmente o chão tbm está bem sujo. Gosto do corte de cabelo... Mas os demais itens contam. Até pq o tratamento sendo dessa forma abre se para o cliente a busca por um Outro local.
Ah, dá última vez não tinha a pomada de cabelo pra vender ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vcs precisam de vdd melhorar o atendimento de vcs. acabei de ficar mais de 1h esperando pra cortar o cabelo e fazer barba, inicialmente falaram q só tinha 2 pessoas na minha frente. dps de 1h descubro q tinham 3 pessoas. além disso o barbeiro o tempo todo parando pra mexer no celular, conversar.... msm sabendo q a fila ta cheia. péssimo respeito com cliente.
PS: dps de esperar mais de 1h desisti e vim embora.
you guys need vdd improve care of you guys. I just spent more than 1h waiting to get a haircut and shave, initially they said there were only 2 people in front of me. dps 1h discover q had 3 people. besides the barber all the time stopping to fiddle on the phone, talk .... msm knowing that the queue is full. Bad respect for customer.
PS: dps to wait more than 1h I gave up and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendente ainda é meio inesperiente, vamos ter um pouco de paciência com ele vai que uma hora ele aprende. Mas geralmente não tenho o que reclamar dos barbeiros, sempre atenciosos. No entanto é de se saber que até hj janeiro de 2021 vc tem direito a uma cortesia (água, guaraná natural ou chopp) mas o atendente não costuma falar e vc só fica sabendo pelo barbeiro.

As vezes vale a pena sair da Pavuna e ir até Vicente de Carvalho só para cortar o cabelo.
