CADA HORA É UM ESTRESSE DIFERENTE, PRIMEIRO FOI R$ 00,01 QUE ESQUECERAM DE PASSAR NO CARTÃO AGORA MANDARAM MEU SOFÁ INTEIRO E ELE NÃO PASSA NEM NA PORTARIA DO MEU PRÉDIO.
E A INFORMAÇÃO QUE EU TIVE NA HORA DA VENDA É QUE MEU SOFÁ IRIA VIR DESMONTADO E PRA MINHA SURPRESA TIVE QUE PAGAR MAIS TAXA PRA DESMONTAR E AGORA SABE LÁ QUANDO O MEU SOFÁ VAI SER ENTREGUE.
MUITO ESTRESSE PRA UM VALOR MUITO ALTO, PÉSSIMO PÓS VENDA.
 I DO NOT RECOMMEND. JUST STRESS, I PREGNANT ALMOST 8 MONTHS I HAVE TO SIT IN A BEACH CHAIR BECAUSE I'M STILL WITHOUT MY SOFA.
EVERY HOUR IS A DIFFERENT STRESS, FIRST IT WAS R $ 00.01 THAT FORGOTTEN TO PASS ON THE CARD NOW THEY HAVE MANDATED MY WHOLE SOFA AND IT DOESN'T PASS AT MY BUILDING ENTRANCE.
AND THE INFORMATION I HAD AT THE TIME OF SALE IS THAT MY SOFA WOULD COME DISASSEMBLED AND FOR MY SURPRISE I HAD TO PAY MORE TAX TO DISASSEMBLE AND NOW KNOW THERE WHEN MY SOFA WILL BE DELIVERED.
VERY STRESSED FOR A VERY HIGH VALUE, POOR AFTER SALE.

Ainda não comprei nada na loja (por isso só 4 estrelas), mas o bom atendimento sem papas na língua mostra um trabalho sério no atendimento ao possível cliente.
I was very well attended with all my questions being answered.
I haven't bought anything at the store yet (therefore only 4 stars), but the good and outspoken service shows a serious work in the possible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima,comprei um colchão,box e cabeceira num valor de 3.000 reais a vista em outubro de 2021 e mês passado vieram fazer uma vistoria no colchão pois o mesmo se encontra cheio de bolinhas e o fabricante não quer fazer a garantia alegando que e por causa dos lençóis,sendo que o meu anterior era um Ortobom fiquei com ele 13 anos e não demonstrou nenhum defeito.
Péssimo produto, não aconselho ninguém a comprar essa marca.

Terrible, I bought a mattress, box and headboard worth 3,000 reais in cash in October 2021 and last month they came to inspect the mattress because it is full of balls and the manufacturer does not want to make the warranty claiming that it is because of of the sheets, being that my previous one was an Ortobom I stayed with it 13 years and it did not show any defect.
Terrible product, I do not advise anyone to buy this brand.
