Mas desde fevereiro o atendimento ficou totalmente obsoleto! Ruim demais !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É tanto estresse, que me arrependo de não ter dado ouvido aos comentários de avaliação desta empresa.Eu sempre vi os comentários e achei que eu tivesse sorte, mas não, infelizmente estou um pouco mais de dois meses sem solução. Nunca vi uma empresa que briga com o cliente, e procura sempre tratá-lo da pior maneira possível. Comprei uma mesa e quatro cadeiras. Chegou uma cadeira de cada cor, nenhuma delas da cor que eu escolhi. A mesa, com madeira embaixo do tampo com fiapos e buracos, o tampo de vidro com fissuras, na perna da mesa com riscos, parecia ser usada. Quando reclamei pedindo o cancelamento e o estorno do valor, a empresa negou devolver o valor pago e insiste de maneira bruta, que agora tem as peças de reposição.Passo mal inclusive pelo aborrecimento que tenho com essa empresa.
It is so much stress that I regret not having listened to the evaluation comments of this company. I have always seen the comments and found that I was lucky but not, unfortunately I am a little more than two months without solution. I have never seen a company that quarrels with the customer, and always tries to treat it in the worst possible way. I bought a table and four chairs. There came a chair of every color, none of them the color I chose. The table, with wood underneath the top with lint and holes, the cracked glass top on the scraped-down table leg seemed to be used. When I complained asking for the cancellation and reversal of the value, the company denied returning the amount paid and insists in a raw way, which now has the spare parts. It is bad even for the annoyance I have with this company.

Pior experiência que já tive. Na hora de vender uns amores, depois se vc reclama no Facebook deles não respondem nem resolvem e te marcam como spam. Comprei um armário a vista, entregaram 4 dias depois e só agendaram a montagem pra quase um mês depois da entrega. Um armário imenso dentro de caixas na minha sala por quase um mês. Tentei de tudo pra adiantar, não te dão nenhum retorno, pior SAC que tive a infelicidade de conhecer, não te atendem ou desligam na sua cara. Enfim, se vc preza por um bom atendimento jamais passe nem na porta

Worst experience I've ever had. When it comes to selling love, then if you complain on their Facebook, they don't respond or resolve it and mark you as spam. I bought a cabinet in cash, delivered 4 days later and only scheduled the assembly for almost a month after delivery. A huge closet in boxes in my office for almost a month. I tried everything to advance, they don't give you any feedback, the worst SAC that I was unfortunate to meet, they don't answer or hang up on you. Anyway, if you value good service, never pass by the door

Fiz a compra em junho...e aqui estou aguardando a troca do meu produto..... Triste e decepcionada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente loja com móveis lindos e de ótima qualidade. A entrega é bem demorada porém mesmo assim para quem não está com pressa vale muito a pena. A montagem foi perfeita e com bom atendimento.
Excellent store with beautiful furniture and great quality. Delivery is very time consuming but even so for those who are not in a hurry it is very worth it. The assembly was perfect and with good service.
