★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poderia melhorar. Mais e um local bom de se morar. Infelizmente 99% dos moradores não usa máscara e fica fazendo festa e churrasco toda semana mesmo durante a pandemia. Alguns moradores não respeitam o estacionamento e entram na contra mão. Entretanto os 3 porteiros sao excelentes e fazem um ótimo trabalho.
It could improve. But it's a good place to live. Unfortunately 99% of residents don't wear a mask and party and barbecue every week even during the pandemic. Some residents do not respect the parking lot and enter the wrong way. However the 3 porters are excellent and do a great job.
