★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embora o valor da taxa de condomínio seja muito alta, o condomínio é tranquilo, os serviços disponíveis são bons (piscina sempre limpa, área de lazer TB). Precisam finalizar a quadra poliesportiva, por enquanto só funciona o volei e o futsal.
