★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio tem muitos problemas, a construção mal feita, portas e janelas fora de esquadro. É impossível entrar no condomínio com caminhão de mudanças o que obriga as pessoas a carregarem seus móveis da calçada até o prédio. Só é possível ter um único aparelho de ar condicionado no apartamento que é de 2 quartos, portanto numa cidade com a temperatura de Ribeirão, isso é absurdo. Os elevadores são minúsculos, muitos móveis não entram além dos elevadores não terem ventilação, fica abafado e muito desconfortável. Alguns apartamentos tem um pequeno espaço que alguns chamam de "sacada", mas não tem mais que 60cm de largura e mal cabe uma cadeira.
The condo has many problems, poorly built, doors and windows out of square. It is impossible to enter the condominium with a moving truck, which forces people to carry their furniture from the sidewalk to the building. It is only possible to have a single air conditioning unit in the apartment which is 2 bedrooms, so in a city with the temperature of Ribeirão, this is absurd. The elevators are tiny, a lot of furniture doesn't go beyond the elevators without ventilation, it gets stuffy and very uncomfortable. Some apartments have a small space that some call "balcony", but it is no more than 60cm wide and a barely fits a chair.
