★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrível, não há como a experiência de compra ser nos se não houver respeito e honestidade com o cliente. Prometer brindes fora da validade e ainda incluir o valor do brinde na compra é muito mais que falta de respeito é lesar o cliente. Um típico caso para o procon.
Terrible, there is no way the shopping experience can be us if there is no respect and honesty with the customer. Promising outdated gifts and even including the value of the gift in the purchase is much more than a lack of respect is harming the customer. A typical case for the procon.

A vendedora Raynara, no uniforme está Nara, no dia 23/09, disse que iria ganhar um brinde, um hidratante de mãos da marca tododia, para minha surpresa eu paguei o tal brinde enganoso, o que me foi concedido nesse brinde foi um desconto de 9,90. O valor total dele era 19,90, ou seja, paguei 10 reais por ele. Percebi o ocorrido no dia 24/09 e ainda constatei que o hidratante está com validade 09/2020. Perguntei a vendedora se podia trocar e ela disse que não, pq só tem aquela mercadoria na loja com essa validade. Ela não me informou nada sobre nem que pagaria, nem que estava para vencer. Vou tentar a troca indo lá, mas garanto será a última vez que piso nessa loja.
