★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabe aquele barato que sai caro? Pronto, é o que vivi com essa empresa. Corra pra bem longe dessa empresa antes que seja tarde demais.
Eu nunca fui tão maltratada por uma empresa como fui nessa. E, como se não bastasse o destrato, a mesa que encomendei veio de uma forma que parece que foi feita com a força do ódio.
Além disso tudo, teve atraso na entrega. Passei quase 2 meses esperando essa bendita mesa. No dia-a-dia eu pedia algum parecer da empresa e eu apenas recebia patadas de forma completamente gratuita. Eu me sentia uma chata por estar querendo saber novidades da mesa que pedi há tanto tempo e que estava sendo construída por eles. É errado saber quando será entregue, se está correndo tudo bem com o pedido?
Poxa, sou consumidora de diversas empresas. Todas elas dão um parecer sobre o que foi comprado. Nenhuma foi tão absurdamente grossa. Eu realmente fui tratada como uma qualquer, uma pessoa que eles não se importam e que estava importunando eles. Não fui tratada como uma cliente, consumidora do produto deles.
Antes mesmo de receber já estava completamente infeliz com essa compra por causa do contato. Vê-se a necessidade de uma boa comunicação com o cliente, não é mesmo? Todos nós sabemos disto mas parece que eles vivem numa bolha onde isso não existe!
Depois que a mesa chegou só complementou para eu ficar mais infeliz ainda com a compra. A mesa veio com pernas desiguais e ainda vieram falar que era o chão do apartamento. Em qualquer local e em qualquer lado da mesa, as duas pernas menores ficavam pendendo da mesma forma. Se o chão está desigual, a mesa tá estável e o chão mudando de acordo quando mudamos ela de lugar. O chão está móvel, então? E, sim, este é o único móvel que faz isso aqui no apartamento. Outra: veio com um lado da mesa mole, a cola (escura) aparecendo, cheia de buracos, o silicone da base das pernas caindo. Eles colocaram 2 silicones em uma das pernas para parar de pender (comprova-se que, sim, eles sabiam que estava desigual).
Eles dão 1 ano de garantia, mas, qual a garantia que não vou levar uma patada quando falar com eles e qual a garantia que virá da forma que deveria ser? Não irei perder meu tempo com isso mais e falar com eles me desgastou MUITO. Foi dinheiro jogado fora.

I've never been more abused by a company than I was at this one. And, as if that was not enough, the table I ordered came in a way that seems to have been made with the force of hatred.
In addition, there was a delay in delivery. I spent almost 2 months waiting for this blessed table. On a daily basis I asked for some opinion from the company and I only received kicks completely free of charge. I felt boring because I wanted to know about the table that I asked for so long ago and that was being built by them. Is it wrong to know when it will be delivered, if everything is going well with the order?
Gee, I'm a consumer of several companies. They all give an opinion on what was purchased. None were so absurdly thick. I was really treated like anybody, a person they don't care about and who was pestering them. I was not treated as a customer, a consumer of their product.
Before I even received, I was completely unhappy with this purchase because of the contact. You see the need for good communication with the customer, right? We all know this but it looks like they live in a bubble where it doesn't exist!
After the table arrived it only added to make me even more unhappy with the purchase. The table came with uneven legs and they came to say it was the floor of the apartment. At any location and on either side of the table, the two smaller legs hung in the same way. If the floor is uneven, the table is stable and the floor changes accordingly when we move it. Is the floor mobile, then? And yes, this is the only piece of furniture that does this here in the apartment. Another: it came with one side of the table soft, the glue (dark) showing, full of holes, the silicone of the base of the legs falling. They put 2 silicones on one of the legs to stop dangling (it turns out that, yes, they knew it was uneven).
They give 1 year warranty, but, what guarantee will I not get kicked when talking to them and what guarantee will come the way it should be? I will not waste my time on this anymore and talking to them has worn me out VERY much. It was money thrown away.
