Fiz contato via WhatsApp e infelizmente não foi nada satisfatório, lamento por este depoimento, mas é a verdade. Espero que revertam esta realidade, fico triste quando uma empresa da nossa terra tem este defeito. A imagem é até extranho, solicitei um orçamento via WhatsApp recebi a resposta que não podia me ajudar e depois recebi a confirmação que o orçamento era pelo WhatsApp, Danou-se. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fiz uma encomenda no final do mês de junho o prazo era 2 semanas para entregar, um mês depois hoje 3 agosto não nem 30%concluido , tinha nada feito não compre com os prazos de entrega,não responde as mensagem enrrola muito infelizmente totalmente desorganizado.
I placed an order at the end of June, the deadline was 2 weeks to deliver, a month later today, August 3, not even 30% completed, I had nothing done. Do not buy with the delivery deadlines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu particurlamente n gostei do atemdimento. Demora a responder no Whatsapp. Minha entrega seria para o dia 03/8/2020. No entanto no dia 20/08 com 17 dias de atraso, foi feita a devolução do dinheiro. A cama era o presente de aniversário da minha filha. Achei muita falta de respeito e consideração pelo cliente. Me trouxe transtornos, porque a cama era do jeitinho que minha filha queria. Eu n indico essa loja.
I didn't particularly like the attention. It takes time to reply on Whatsapp. My delivery would be for 8/3/2020. However, on August 20, 17 days late, the money was returned. The bed was my daughter's birthday present. I found a lot of lack of respect and consideration for the customer. It brought me inconvenience, because the bed was the way my daughter wanted it. I do not recommend this store.
