★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De umas semanas para cá a qualidade do pão caiu MUITO. O pão era ótimo, agora só presta se vc comer na hora que comprar. O pão de forma da casa veio crú por 2 vezes.
Complicado ser cliente de uma padaria que não consegue fazer um simples pão. Ainda bem que existem outras na região.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma padaria razoável. Os doces poderiam ser mais saborosos. Talvez por isso tenha mudado de nome e abolido o título de Confeitaria. A acrescentar que, apesar de pequeno, há nesta padaria um self-service com comida boa e a bom preço. Em tempo: entregam refeições. Para pães, laticinios, frios e artigos clássicos de padaria pode-se dizer que atende bem à freguesia. Em tempo, tem um funcionário senior que é folclórico. Mas tem que saber tratar com ele para evitar estresse.
Poderia servir melhor aos clientes se mantivesse em estoque pequena quantidade de produtos Zero Lactose (queijo e requeijão, por ex). Afinal, está num bairro top onde é grande esta demanda.
Deixei de fazer outros pedidos em delivery pq, afinal, teria que forçosamente ir ao Hortifruti comprar o Zero Lac que necessitava. Fora isso, o telefone está sempre com problemas.

It could serve customers better if it kept in stock a small amount of Zero Lactose products (cheese and curd, for example). After all, it is in a top neighborhood where this demand is great.
I stopped making other orders for delivery because, after all, I would have to go to Hortifruti to buy the Zero Lac I needed. Other than that, the phone is always having issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Má vontade dos funcionários é absurda. Vi como o pregador de pão estava imundo quando caiu no chão e eles voltaram a pegar o pão sem higienizar. Pedi frios e eles me orientaram a pegar o já cortado que estava na geladeira há dois dias. Claro que não comprei.
Employees' bad will is absurd. I saw how filthy the bread rack was when it fell to the floor and they went back to picking up the bread without sanitizing. I asked for cold cuts and they guided me to get the already cut that had been in the fridge for two days. Of course I didn't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A padaria é boa, mas o ar condicionado não funciona, sendo impossível fazer o pedido e comer no local. Sem contar o ambiente insalubre de trabalho dos funcionários que ficam o expediente todo no calor. A falha no ar condicionado é constante.
The bakery is good, but the air conditioning doesn't work, making it impossible to order and eat there. Not to mention the unhealthy working environment of employees who are all day in the heat. Air conditioning failure is constant.
