Fui atendida pela profissional Dalva que durante o atendimento machucou meus pés. Então a avisei do machucado e pedi para que não mexesse e me causasse mais dor e desconforto, ela ignorou o pedido, continuando a apertar o local ferido no que creio que fosse um meio de disfarçar o machucado porem, só piorava minha dor.
Mais um tempo depois pedi novamente para que não mexesse no local, ela então me disse algo que a algum tempo eu já havia constatado, que devia der machucado “um pouquinho” meu pé na hora que lixou minhas unhas.
Saio do estabelecimento com 94 reais a menos, extremamente insatisfeita e sentindo muita dor.

I was attended by the professional Dalva who during the service hurt my feet. So I warned her of the injury and asked her not to move and cause me more pain and discomfort, she ignored the request, continuing to squeeze the wounded place in what I believe was a way to hide the injury, however, it only made my pain worse.
After a while I asked again not to move the place, she then told me something that some time ago I had already noticed, that I should have hurt my foot “a little” when I had my nails sanded.
I leave the establishment with 94 reais less, extremely dissatisfied and in great pain.
