A vendedora me atendeu e quando mostrei o produto desejado (que inclusive eu tinha um exemplar para ver o modelo) e perguntei se o modelo que tinha na loja era do mesmo que precisava ela disse que era da mesma marca e que não sabia se era do mesmo modelo ( com tom de ignorância), agradeci e fui embora. Minutos depois retornei à loja, pois precisava muito do produto, e solicitei uma outra vendedora que me atendesse e ao mostrar para essa o modelo desejado ela me disse que não sabia se o modelo era do mesmo desejado, porém essa sem tom de ignorância.
Semanas antes já comprei nessa loja e outra vendedora me atendeu muito bem e teve boa vontade de olhar o modelo correto do produto desejado, e pelo bom atendimento e boa vontade em me atender retornei para comprar novamente. Porém nessa ultima vez as duas que me atenderam não tiveram boa vontade em procurar o produto para vender.
I was treated poorly the last time I visited this place. The saleswoman answered me and when I showed the desired product (which I even had a copy to see the model) and asked if the model she had in the store was the same as I needed, she said it was the same brand and that she did not know if it was from the same model (with a tone of ignorance), I thanked him and left. Minutes later I returned to the store, because I really needed the product, and I asked another salesperson to help me and when showing her the desired model, she told me that she did not know if the model was the same as the one desired, but this one without a tone of ignorance.
Weeks before I bought in this store and another saleswoman served me very well and was willing to look at the correct model of the desired product, and for the good service and willingness to serve me, I returned to buy again. However, this last time the two who attended me were not willing to look for the product to sell.
