★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, funcionário indisposto. Se eu precisasse de alguma informação, eu devia ir atrás. Por pouco não perco o voo por alteração de data, e requisições durante o embarque, as quais não estava ciente, e continuaria sem saber se eu mesmo não procurasse saber. Não recomendo.
Bad service, rude staff. If I needed any information, I should go after it. I almost miss the flight due to change of date, and requests during boarding, which I was not aware of, and would still not know if I didn't find out myself. I do not recommend.
