We ate a pizza, like the best in São Paulo, excellent options in toppings, very well prepared dough, hot sauce, super hot! Very cold beer, delicious juices, very well made dessert! I recommend this place, easy and safe parking!

The pizza is good, but on 11/10/20 the wait at the table was almost an hour. It seems that the preference was for those who removed the pizzas on site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos piores lugares que já comi!!! rodízio de pizza com uns 4-5 sabores, porém todas 4 fatias que comi tinham o mesmo gosto ácido e sem sal algum. Fiquei mais de 1h no local e o garçom veio umas 4 vezes na minha mesa, dando preferência pra um grupo de pessoas que estava lá ( isso não se faz). Quando reclamei com o garçom a reação do indivíduo foi seguinte " hahaha bom apetite".
O valor do rodízio é caro pra uma pizza medíocre atendimento desleixado e falta do comprometimento com o que o local se propôs a fazer. Fiquei mais de 1h nesse estabelecimento voltei pra hotel com estômago vazio, pedi um lanche. Deixei claro da recepção que eles não devem indicar essa pizzaria. Só não dou 0 ? pq não dá.
Muito obrigado por me fazerem voltar pra casa com um primeiro impressão péssima sobre Itatiba.
One of the worst places I have ever eaten !!! carvery pizza with 4-5 flavors, but all 4 slices I ate had the same acid taste and no salt at all. I stayed more than 1 hour at the place and the waiter came around 4 times at my table, giving preference to a group of people who were there (this is not done). When I complained to the waiter the individual's reaction was "hahaha good appetite".
The value of the carvery is expensive for a mediocre pizza sloppy service and lack of commitment to what the place set out to do. I stayed more than 1h in this establishment I went back to the hotel on an empty stomach, I asked for a snack. I made it clear from the reception that they should not recommend this pizzeria. I just don't give 0 ? because it doesn't.
Thank you very much for making me come home with a very bad first impression about Itatiba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito mal atendido. Não pelo tempo, mas sim pela antipátia do garçom. O tapete de bem-vindo na porta de entrada é só de enfeite mesmo. A pizza é razoável, isso comendo no estabelecimento.
Very poorly attended. Not because of the weather, but because of the waiter's dislike. The welcome mat at the entrance is just for decoration. The pizza is reasonable, this is eating on the property.

Fiz o pedido as 18h00 e até o momento ( 19h40) nada foi entregue.
Até entendo , que está chovendo, mas a chuva já melhorou e nada.
Residi em campinas um tempo enorme e nunca passei por uma situação semelhante.
Falta de respeito.
