★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei um pedido que foi entregue faltando itens, entrei em contato com o estabelecimento onde me disseram que me enviariam os itens que estavam faltando, esperei por mais de uma hora sem ter retorno, ao entrar em contato novamente com o estabelecimento uma funcionaria sem educação deu risadas da situação e falou que quando conseguisse me enviaria os itens, portanto pela situacao estou postando essa reclamação.
 I placed an order that was delivered missing items, I contacted the establishment where they told me they would send me the items that were missing, I waited for more than an hour without returning, when contacting the establishment again an uneducated employee gave laughter from the situation and said that when he could send me the items, so for the situation I'm posting this complaint.
