★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos não são ruins. Tive mt problema com o sac, mas depois que reestruturaram a área melhorou muito! Tem que ficar no pé pra ver a coisa acontecer. Depois de muita insistência consegui trocar meu sofá que tinha manchas, e um problema no tecido. Mas de fato a impermeabilização é vagabunda, não adianta nada. sofá anterior ficou todo manchado em pouquissimos meses. O modelo novo também não ficou com a impermeabilização mt boa, tive que fazer por conta, mas pelo menos pegamos um sofa zero bala..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência ! Há um mês comprei uma mesa extremamente cara com entregadores que se negaram a subir com ela no meu apto. Em uma segunda tentativa, a mesa chegou inteirinha danificada. Pedimos o estorno de nossa compra, feita no dia 3 de março, até hoje nenhum posicionamento. A atendente Anna, que é quem fica no Whatsapp, simplesmente lê as mensagens e não responde, tão pouco a loja se prontifica a devolver o dinheiro. Não comprem nessa loja ! São uns picaretas de mão maior!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma mesa e um sofá nesta loja, os dois apresentam péssima qualidade após menos de um ano de uso, meu sofá cedeu a espuma, a minha mesa enviaram errado o tamanho, depois de varios meses enviaram a correta, porém não trocaram a base para que fosse compatível com o novo tamanho, ontem tive a ingrata supresa de ver que minha mesa está empenada (torta) e o vidro criou uma rachadura pela inclinação.
Não recomendo está loja, ainda estou pagando meus móveis (R$ 7500,00) e vou precisar trocar a mesa.
I bought a table and a sofa in this store, both are of poor quality after less than a year of use, my sofa gave the foam, my table sent the wrong size, after several months sent the correct, but did not change the base to compatible with the new size, yesterday I was thanklessly surprised to see that my desk is bent and the glass created a crack by the tilt.
I do not recommend this store, I'm still paying my furniture ($ 7500.00) and I need to change the table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizamos a compra de um sofá retrátil e reclinável + 2 poltronas em 17/02/2019 com previsão de entrega em até 19/04/2019. Nos entregaram o sofá após muita insistência e até o momento não entregaram as poltronas, estamos tentando contato no galpão da loja sem sucesso, contato na loja sem sucesso. Nesse momento o nosso sentimento é de total descaso e falta de respeito ao próximo, pós venda é realmente péssimo! Gostaríamos muito que os nossos produtos chegassem conforme o prometido, pagamos por eles e por sinal pagamos muito caro. Bella Home pedimos encarecidamente que tenham mais respeito pelos clientes pois infelizmente vocês estão sem credibilidade!

We made the purchase of a retractable and reclining sofa + 2 armchairs on 02/17/2019 with delivery forecast until 19/04/2019. They handed us the sofa after much insistence and so far have not delivered the armchairs, we are trying to contact the store shed without success, contact in the store without success. At that moment our feeling is of total disregard and lack of respect to the next, after sale is really lousy! We would like our products to arrive as promised, we pay for them and by the way we pay dearly. Bella Home we strongly urge you to have more respect for your customers because unfortunately you are without credibility!

O vendedor, Everton, demonstrou muito interesse em me fornecer todas as informações que eu precisava, além de chegar no valor que eu pensava em gastar. Muito atencioso.
No andar de cima você poderá encontrar móveis mais baratos ainda.
Sou uma pessoa que procura bons preços sem abrir mão da qualidade do produto e nesta loja encontrei essas duas coisas.
Fica dentro do Centro Comercial Viana Village e possui estacionamento gratuíto.

Loved it !!!!
The seller, Everton, showed a lot of interest in providing me with all the information I needed, as well as getting to the amount I thought of spending. Very attentive.
Upstairs you can find cheaper furniture yet.
I am a person that looks for good prices without giving up the quality of the product and in this store I found these two things.
It is within Viana Village Shopping Center and has free parking.

O Lucas me atendeu, tirou todas minhas dúvidas, após isso passei na loja, vi mais opções de mesas e acabei comprando uma outra que trouxe pra casa no mesmo dia.
Atendimento ótimo, recomendo e estou só esperando mais produtos chegarem para fazer uma nova compra.

Me venderam um sofá que custou o olho da cara, e apresentou problemas já na chegada. Isso foi corrigido depois de 2 intervenções.
Ainda assim, um ano depois e com a garantia expirada em 20 dias, eles negaram a assistência para reparo do estafado que, com apenas um ano de uso, apresenta sérias avarias e deformação nas fibras/espuma.
Não fosse eu ter guardado o contato do fornecedor, que prontamente está prestando a devida assistência, teria sido deixada a a minha sorte e com um grade prejuízo.
Descaso, falta de bom senso e profissionalismo: essa é a Bella Home.
Stay away from this company.
I sold a sofa that cost the eye of the face, and presented problems already on arrival. This has been fixed after 2 interventions.
Still, a year later and with the guarantee expired in 20 days, they denied assistance jaded repair that with only one year of use, presents serious damage and deformation of the fiber / foam.
I was not having saved contact the supplier, which is readily paying due care, I would have been left to my fate and to a loss grade.
Neglect, lack of common sense and professionalism: this is the Bella Home.
