★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza muito boa e preços acima da media mas são justos. O que me incomoda é a promoção dos cupons, você junta 12 cupons para ganhar uma pizza de calabresa ou mozzarella. O fato é que em media se gasta 50 reais por pizza, 12 cupons te custam 600 reais, e a pizzaria te da a pizza mais básica que eles tem? Cada um administra o seu negocio como quiser, não sou eu o guru da administração, mas na minha concepção, se você já gastou 600 reais em pizza, não custa dar mais opções de sabores nas pizzas da promoção dos cupons, eu tenho certeza que muito mais pessoas iriam ficar mais satisfeitas. O maior ponto negativo deles são os entregadores, peço já a muito tempo e com frequência e nunca vi um entregador educado, raro quando eles dão boa noite.
Pizza very good and prices above average but fair prices. What bothers me is the promotion of the coupons, you put together 12 coupons to win a pizza of calabrese or mozzarella. The fact is that in average one spends 50 reais per pizza, 12 coupons cost you 600 reais, and does pizzeria give you the most basic pizza they have? Each one manages their business as they wish, I am not the management guru, but in my opinion, if you have already spent 600 reais on pizza, it does not cost to give more options of flavors in the promotion of coupons pizzas, I'm sure a lot more people would be more satisfied. The biggest negative of them is the deliverers, I ask for a lot of time and often and I have never seen an educated deliveryman, rare when they give good night.

Sempre entregam dentro da previsão.
O preço é bom para a região e considerando a qualidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima pizzaria. Já experimentei varias na região e a Bella Madalena com certeza é uma das melhores. A pizza vem sempre com bastante cobertura e muito bem embalada, sempre chegando quentinha. Gosto da borda com gergelim deles.
Great pizzeria. I've tried several in the region and Bella Madalena is certainly one of the best. The pizza always comes with plenty of topping and very well packaged, always arriving warm. I like their sesame rim.

The pizza used to be good but it left something to be desired if a customer's money doesn't make a difference if the pandemic comes back closes .I think every penny counts .Cold and burnt pizza .??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como JÁ relatado por outros clientes, o Atendimento foi PÉSSIMO: - no Atendimento no fone, - não entrega, a pizza demora em média 70 minutos (Eu cancelei meu pedido de Hoje,) , -na qualidade do produto que está RUIM e já foi bom. Pizzaria tem várias na região. NÃO COMPRE mais Nada dessa Pizzaria.
As already reported by other customers, the Service was VERY TERRIBLE: - in the service on the phone, - no delivery, the pizza takes an average of 70 minutes (I canceled my order today,), - in the quality of the product that is BAD and has already been well. Pizzeria has several in the area. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this Pizzeria again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje minha experiência foi péssima. Peço pizza há muito tempo mas hoje foi demais. Pedi às 8h e deram prazo de meia hora. Liguei às 9 e disseram que a minha era a próxima; liguei as 9h40 e disseram que a minha de novo seria a próxima!!! Eu cheia de gente em casa... Se tivessem sido honestos comigo podia, desta vez, ter pedido em outra. O que me deixou raivosa foram as mentiras nos 3 atendimentos
Today my experience was terrible. I've been ordering pizza for a long time but today was too much. I ordered at 8 am and they were given half an hour. I called at 9 and they said mine was next; I called at 9:40 am and they said mine again would be next!!! I'm full of people at home... If they had been honest with me, this time I could have asked for another one. What made me angry were the lies in the 3 calls
