★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofá e um pufe da loja Muma, mas recebi os dois itens com defeito nos pés, conforme a foto anexa. Entrei em contato com a assistência técnica no dia 28/12/21 que prometeu uma solução após o dia 10/01/22, mas até agora não fez nada.
 I bought a sofa and an ottoman from the Muma store, but I received both items with defective feet, as shown in the attached photo. I contacted tech support on 12/28/21 who promised a solution after 1/10/22 but so far has not done anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência. Comprei meu sofá Muma e o tempo de entrega era 94 dias, quando chegou veio na cor errada, tive que trocar demorou mais 40 dias, mas a cor não era igual da foto. No fim fiquei com o sofá, por que demoraria mais um mês para alterar, e já estava sem sofá há 4 meses, com dois filhos pequenos em casa. Informei a loja o ocorrido mostrando que a vendedora deveria ter me explicado com precisão que a cor seria bem diferente da foto. A loja me ofereceu 100 reais de cupom para utilizar na loja, como desculpas. Com esse valor comprei duas peças dia 14/11, uma das peças chegou no prazo, a outra que é uma luminária não, mandei e-mail e me explicaram que a peça está sendo feita e tem prazo de entrega até 02/01, ou seja quase 3 meses para entrega de uma luminária.
Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. I bought my Muma sofa and the delivery time was 94 days, when it arrived it came in the wrong color, I had to change it took another 40 days, but the color was not the same as the photo. In the end I got the sofa, because it would take another month to change, and I had been without a sofa for 4 months, with two small children at home. I informed the store what happened, showing that the seller should have explained to me precisely that the color would be very different from the photo. The store offered me 100 reais of coupon to use in the store, as an apology. With this amount, I bought two pieces on 11/14, one of the pieces arrived on time, the other that is not a lamp, I sent an email and they explained to me that the piece is being made and has a deadline of 01/02, or be almost 3 months for delivery of a luminaire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 4 cadeiras e duas chegaram com os pés bastante desalinhados. Entrei em contato e falaram que foi durante o transporte, mas claramente os pés foram soldados fora de alinhamento mesmo (um pé muito mais na frente do que o outro). O aço é bem resistente e não dobraria fácil. Entrei em contato e não tive nenhum tipo de retorno. Minha sorte que consegui colocar as cadeiras do lado mais escondido. Tem vários produtos legais, mas não arrisco outra compra infelizmente.
I bought 4 chairs and two arrived with very misaligned feet. I got in touch and they said it was during transport, but clearly the feet were welded out of alignment (one foot much more forward than the other). Steel is very strong and would not bend easily. I contacted them and got no response. Lucky for me, I managed to put the chairs on the most hidden side. There are several cool products, but I wouldn't risk another purchase unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei decepcionada. Fui até a loja para ver pessoalmente e decidir entre 2 móveis que havia visto na loja online e não havia nenhum dos 2 exposto, ou seja, perdi tempo. Segundo porque o atendimento deixou a desejar. Tinha dúvidas sobre um dos móveis e a pessoa que me atendeu, como não sabia responder, anotou meu número para dar retorno. Sabia que não iria receber o retorno devido ao atendimento desinteressado e porque a pessoa sequer anotou o modelo e a dúvida em questão. Obviamente não recebi o retorno. Acabei comprando um dos móveis pela loja online porque queria muito. Ao contrário da loja física, a experiência com a loja online foi ótima. E a qualidade do móvel comprado atendeu as expectativas.
I was disappointed. I went to the store to see it in person and decide between 2 pieces of furniture that I had seen in the online store and there were none of them on display, that is, I wasted time. Second, because the service left something to be desired. I had questions about one of the pieces of furniture and the person who answered me, as he didn't know the answer, wrote down my number to get back to me. I knew that I would not receive a return due to the disinterested service and because the person did not even write down the model and the question in question. Obviously I didn't get a refund. I ended up buying one of the furniture from the online store because I really wanted it. Unlike the physical store, the experience with the online store was great. And the quality of the furniture purchased met expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja não é grande, na verdade é até pequena. Mas tive a sorte de ter a mesa que eu vi no site na loja física. E era exatamente igual. Tem móveis super bonitos, atuais e alegres.
The store isn't big, it's actually quite small. But I was lucky to have the table I saw on the website in the physical store. And it was exactly the same. It has super beautiful, current and cheerful furniture.
