★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FUI ENGANADA totalmente mal atendida nessa loja em Santo Amaro não emitem nota fiscal e vendem peças de péssima qualidade cuidado é bom experimentar a roupa antes de comprar porque caso chegue em casa e não sirva eles não querem mais trocar e não emitem cupom fiscal fui totalmente enganada nessa loja com uma calça que comprei não serviu a vendedora falou que iria chegar meu tamanho , e iria trocar e fiquei esperando chegar e nunca chegou e acabei ficando com a peça 2 semanas sem utilizar mesmo sem ter utilizado a peça a Gerente não quis trocar alegando que não tinha etiqueta fui na arara e peguei uma peça sem etiqueta e mostrei para ela mesmo assim não quis trocar a calça sem uso nenhum as vendedoras não te dá atenção e as peças a maioria de péssima qualidade não volto nunca mais nessa loja porque os produtos e o atendimento é péssimo não vale a pena em Santo Amaro tem muitas outras lojas com ótimo preços qualidade e atendimento superior a essa loja ME SENTINDO ENGANADA E LESADA
I WAS DECEIVED totally poorly serviced in this store in Santo Amaro they do not issue invoices and sell poor quality items be careful it's good to try the clothes before buying because if you get home and don't serve them they don't want to exchange any more and they don't issue tax coupons I was totally deceived in this store with a pair of pants that I bought did not fit the seller said that my size would arrive , and would change and I waited for it to arrive and it never arrived and I ended up with the piece for 2 weeks without using it even without having used the piece the Manager did not want to change it alleging that didn't have a tag, I went to the rack and took a piece without a tag and showed it to her even so I didn't want to change the pants without any use. and the service is terrible it's not worth it in Santo Amaro there are many other stores with great prices, quality and service superior to this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento maravilhoso, as vendedoras são muitos atenciosas , e sempre prontas a ajudar , o que mais gostei e tem a combinação de looks com auxílio de uma consultora de imagem que te ajuda a combinar as peças que vc esta comprando com as peças que vc já tem no seu guarda roupa , enfim amei a loja e me tornei compradora assídua de lá , super indico a todos irem conhecer , Vale muito a pena ?♥️??
