Comprei uma vela com uma essência que me dava náusea. Fui tentar fazer a troca e foram irredutíveis , a vendedora me mal tratou chamando-me de maluca.
Sei que troca em loja física não há obrigatoriedade de troca pelo fato de não gostarmos de um produto , mas o mercado trabalha assim para conquistar o consumidor. Falei com a dona da loja que se gabou de tudo que tinha , disse que não precisava de mim como cliente e que eu fosse buscar meus direitos.
Fazia compras lá com muita frequência e fiquei muito decepcionada . Joguei as velas no lixo que é lugar certo para coisas que não prestam. Nunca mais volto e nem recomendo!

I bought a candle with an essence that made me nauseous. I was trying to make the exchange and they were irreducible, the saleswoman badly treated me calling me crazy.
I know that trading in a physical store is not required to exchange because we do not like a product, but the market works like this to win the consumer. I spoke to the shopkeeper who bragged about everything she had, said she didn't need me as a customer and that I was going to get my rights.
I shopped there very often and was very disappointed. I threw the candles in the trash which is the right place for useless things. I will never be back and nor recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é de fácil acesso, porém ha poucas opções de essências. O valor um pouco acima do mercado, e não teve variedades de tamanhos dos produtos. A vendedora me atendeu bem.
The store is easily accessible, but there are few options for essences. The value just above the market, and there were no varieties of product sizes. The salesperson served me well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei na loja apenas para conhecer, e fui muito bem atendida. A loja tem bastante variedades e preços atrativos, opções para presentear, ou mesmo fazer os seus próprios produtos como: sabonetes líquidos, aromatizadores de ar e etc.
Com certeza voltarei lá para comprar as minhas essências.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encontrei tudo o que eu precisava para montar minhas essências para casa, fora a paciência da vendedora (que infelizmente não lembro o nome) que me mostrou quase o catálogo todo até eu encontrar a essência que eu queria. Voltarei.
I found everything I needed to assemble my essences for home, apart from the patience of the saleswoman (who unfortunately I don't remember her name) who showed me almost the entire catalog until I found the essence I wanted. I will be back.
