Atendimento péssimo! Atendente mal educada! Bella pizza que de Bella não tem nada! Muito cara por não prestar! Não vale o preço! Não comprem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza péssima, pedir uma pizza metade mussarela , metade calabresa, na calabresa venho dois fios de cabelos enrolados na calabresa, falei pro garçom ele nem ligou, depois venho perguntar se eu queria uma brotinho de calabresa, falei muito obrigada pois higiene não tem, aí falei pra ela dar desconto na pizza, fez uma cara e falou paga 130 então, sendo que era 150, tirou a taxa de garçom e acha que tá certo grande desconto, estou deixando a minha indignação pela a falta de respeito pelo consumidor falta de higiene.

Pedi uma taça de vinho e serviram um vinho passado.
E para finalizar a experiência, na pizza de calabresa veio dois CABELOS longos enrolados na calabresa, um absurdo!!
Quando fui ao caixa e relatei novamente o ocorrido, fizeram descaso falando que isso não acontecia. Pois bem, ACONTECEU e não deram desconto e muito menos pediram desculpas!
Falta de higiene, pouco caso com o cliente, pizza horrível e preço injusto!
Não recomendo em hipótese alguma!! Lugar péssimo!
Worst experience I had in Guarujá.
I asked for a glass of wine and they served me a stale wine.
And to finish the experience, the pepperoni pizza came with two long HAIRS wrapped around the pepperoni, absurd!!
When I went to the cashier and reported again what had happened, they ignored me saying that it didn't happen. Well, it HAPPENED and they didn't give a discount, let alone apologize!
Lack of hygiene, little case with the customer, horrible pizza and unfair price!
I do not recommend at all!! Terrible place!
