★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui sem muita expectativa, pois a avaliação no Google estava 2.8 e li muitas reclamações relacionadas a atendimento. Resolvi dar uma chance, tirar minha própria conclusão e tive ótimas surpresas: fui recepcionada pela Patricia que explicou como funcionava a casa, o Guilherme nos atendeu muito bem na praia, serviço de A&B de excelente qualidade. Além disso, banheiros sempre limpíssimos e tem 2 duchas a disposição dos clientes. Adorei a estrutura e o serviço! Ahhh e vale ressaltar que fui no feriado de 21 de abril, onde a demanda é maior.
Importante: para utilizar a parte da praia com estrutura de cadeira de praia e guarda-sol, há consumação mínima de R$150 (Essa informação é bacana saber e não é divulgada de forma explícita nas redes sociais).
 I went without much expectation, as the Google rating was 2.8 and I read many complaints related to service. I decided to give it a chance, draw my own conclusion and had great surprises: I was welcomed by Patricia who explained how the house worked, Guilherme served us very well on the beach, excellent quality F&B service. In addition, bathrooms are always very clean and there are 2 showers available to customers. I loved the structure and the service! Ahhh and it is worth mentioning that I went on the holiday of April 21, when demand is higher.
Important: to use the part of the beach with a beach chair and umbrella, there is a minimum consumption of R$150 (This information is nice to know and is not disclosed explicitly on social networks).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local bem promissor!!! Bem decorado, boa vibe, DJ no ambiente. Opções de mesas para refeições, fds consumação para as áreas na areia, 2 quadras de beach tênis/vôlei... comida estava muito gostosa, apesar do cardápio promocional mencionar um linguado e só na mesa a informação q seria peixe branco. Double Gin Tônica estava bem preparada. Com ctz voltaremos.
Very promising place!!! Well decorated, good vibe, DJ in the environment. Table options for meals, weekends for the areas on the sand, 2 beach tennis/volleyball courts... food was very tasty, despite the promotional menu mentioning a sole and only on the table the information that it would be white fish. Double Gin Tonic was well prepared. With ctzs we will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que lugar desagradável! Preços elevados para o padrão do Guarujá, som muito alto e engana turistas! Pedi uma jarra de cleriquot que vem bem diferente do descrito no cardapio, finalizada com água com gás e uma dose de alcool para enganar que apenas metade da jarra foi feita vinho... uma pena, frequento sempre o Guarujá mas não voltarei mais nesse restaurante e tb nao o recomendarei. Decepcionado!
What an unpleasant place! High prices for Guarujá's standard, very loud sound and deceiving tourists! I ordered a pitcher of cleriquot which is very different from the one described on the menu, finished with sparkling water and a dose of alcohol to fool that only half of the pitcher was made of wine... And I won't recommend it either. disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento dos garçons péssimos, inacreditavelmente perdidos, não sabiam explicar os pratos, o que eles dizem diferem do que a provável dona diz, pedi uma picanha, que veio fria e dura, pedi uma entrada, que por lógica viria no começo, porém comi a entrada na saída. E preços absurdos, 60 reais o prato individual da picanha, para vir simplesmente fria.
Depois um garçom sem informação nenhuma disse que para ficar nos guarda-sol precisávamos consumir pelo menos 150 reais POR PESSOA, depois a dona disse que era cortesia, deixando-nos confusos.
Uma pena pois o ambiente é bom. Espero que melhore. Não voltarei e não indicaria.
Service from the terrible waiters, unbelievably lost, they didn't know how to explain the dishes, what they say differs from what the probable owner says, I ordered a picanha, which came cold and hard, I ordered a starter, which logically would come at the beginning, but I ate the input at output. And absurd prices, 60 reais for the individual plate of picanha, to come simply cold.
Then a waiter without any information said that to stay on the umbrella we needed to consume at least 150 reais PER PERSON, then the owner said it was courtesy, leaving us confused.
A pity because the atmosphere is good. I hope that you get better. I will not be returning and would not recommend.

Propagando enganosa - no prato executivo diz filé de linguado, mas não era nem de perto linguado, era uma pescada do dia vendida como linguado. A batata dorê devia ter gosto de batata em outra vida, gosto de que ficou um tempao na geladeira na semana anterior antes de ser esquentada.
Dei três estrela porque a vista era bonita em um lugar bem privilegiado, Banheiros limpos, garçons treinados e bem educados.

Misleading advertising - on the executive plate it says fillet of sole, but it wasn't even close to sole, it was a hake of the day sold as sole. The fried potato must have tasted like a potato in another life, I like that it sat in the fridge for a while the week before it was heated up.
I gave three stars because the view was beautiful in a very privileged place, clean bathrooms, trained and well educated waiters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei sozinha, ninguém me atendeu, pedi várias vezes para ser atendida. Quando me retirei e expliquei o porquê, não houve um pedido de desculpas, um "por favor reconsidere", "vamos melhorar", ou qualquer comentario. A comanda foi retirada da minha mao e disseram " tá, tchau". Horrivel. Nao só nao voltarei, como nao vou recomendar a ninguem o local. E para ajudar, nao respondem whatsapp, nao ha telefone de contato funcionando... enfim, decepcionante.
I arrived alone, no one answered me, I asked several times to be answered. When I left and explained why, there wasn't an apology, a "please reconsider", "let's improve", or any comment. The command was taken from my hand and they said "okay, bye". Horrible. Not only will I not return, but I will not recommend the place to anyone. And to help, they don't answer whatsapp, there's no contact phone working... in short, disappointing.
