Toda vez que faço um pedido ou vem faltando algo, frio, ou vem tudo revirado .
E quando você liga para reclamar e falar do ocorrido, a pessoa faz descaso.
Acho ótimo que alguns clientes tenham boas experiências com o estabelecimento e serviço oferecido, porque a minha foi péssima .
Espero que melhorem .

And when you call to complain and talk about what happened, the person does not care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda vez que eu peço vem faltando ingredientes ou vem errado, o pessoal sempre diz que na próxima vai mandar certo ou caprichar mas não quero ter que ficar fazendo pedidos toda vez pra vir errado .
Me cobraram a mais pra trocar o catupiri por chedar e ainda me mandaram a pizza com catupiri, a de mignon vem em fatias que não vem quase nada e o bacon uns 3 carocinhos, e nem a batata palha veio . Achei tiração com a minha cara pois sempre peço e sempre da errado e é sempre a mesma história "pizzaiolo novo"
Every time I order, ingredients are missing or wrong, the staff always say that next time they will send it right or perfect but I don't want to have to keep ordering every time to go wrong.
They charged me more to exchange the catupiri for cheddar and they even sent me the pizza with catupiri, the mignon pizza comes in slices that almost nothing comes and the bacon is about 3 carocinhos, and not even the straw potato came. I found it with my face because I always ask and it always goes wrong and it's always the same story "new pizza"
