★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui uma vez e comi no local e achei a pizza MUITO boa mas no dia 1 de janeiro fiz um pedido as 22:10 e só recebi a pizza as 1:10 da manhã crua e sem qualidade, muito diferente da primeira experiencia. Sem
contar que por volta de meia noite quando liguei pela segunda vez para perguntar sobre a minha pizza me informaram que nao tinha mais frango mas nao ligaram para me avisar, so soube porque liguei e ainda quando chegou a massa estava crua (fizeram na correria), e tinha pouco catupiry na pizza (parecendo que estavam economizando porque a demanda era mais alta do que a quantidade que tinham). Em resumo digo que a pizza deles é boa mas que eles não tem preparo para grandes demandas e acabam por ganancia aceitando mais pedidos do que conseguem entregar com qualidade e nesses dias a pizza acabou sendo ruim e o atendimento péssimo. Pedi se poderiam me dar um desconto, afinal de 22h até as 1:10 da manhã foi MUITO tempo de espera, além de apos 2h do meu pedido me informarem que nao tinha o sabor que pedi, mas disseram que nao poderiam fazer desconto.
Minha dica: qdo isso acontecer, pega os pedidos que conseguirem atender com qualidade, melhor nao conseguir muito dinheiro extra em uma dia apenas e manter clientes semanais do que perder os clientes semanais por um dia de ganho. E se por ventura acontecer acidentalmente algo desse tipo, agrade o cliente, faça um desconto, pois a falha não é do cliente mas sim de vocês por administrarem ruim um dia de demanda alta.
I went once and ate at the place and found the pizza VERY good but on January 1st I placed an order at 10:10 pm and only received the pizza at 1:10 am raw and without quality, very different from the first experience. Without

I asked if they could give me a discount, after all, from 10 pm to 1:10 am it was a LONG wait, and after 2 hours of my order they informed me that it didn't have the flavor I asked for, but they said they couldn't make a discount.
My tip: when that happens, take the orders that you can fill with quality, better not get a lot of extra money in one day and keep weekly customers than lose weekly customers for a day of gain. And if by chance something like this happens accidentally, please the customer, make a discount, because the fault is not the customer's but yours for managing a day of high demand poorly.
