★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço é tranquilo até que você tenha um problema. Daí eles SOMEM! Deixaram um defeito no piso laminado do meu corredor,. Tentamos contato telefônico, fomos na lója até que desistimos. Agora estamos com problemas nos acabamentos das persianas que soltaram, tanto nos painéis da sala como no do quarto. Tem apenas 1 ano de uso. Tentamos resolver com eles, mas sumiram novamente. Somos apenas ignorados. Não recomendo jamais! Na hora da compra são uma simpatia, mas o pós venda é caótico. Riscos de entubar defeitos, como é o nosso caso.
The service is smooth until you have a problem. Hence they ARE gone! They left a defect in the laminate floor of my corridor. We tried telephone contact, we went to the store until we gave up. Now we are having problems with the finishing of the blinds that have been released, both in the living room and bedroom panels. It has only 1 year of use. We tried to solve it with them, but they disappeared again. We are just ignored. I never recommend! At the time of purchase they are nice, but after sales is chaotic. Risks of intubating defects, as is our case.

Desde o atendimento do consultor de venda , objetivo , conhecedor do que vende e rápido , recebi orçamento dias depois e fechei negócio . Foi a compra mais rápida e fácil que fiz de item confeccionado . As cortinas foram colocadas no prazo , ficaram perfeitas.
Rapidez , eficiência, perfeição e melhor preço dos três que cotei .
Recomendo e não precisei ir a loja para nada .

Até você pagar é uma história, depois de pago aí já era, tudo acontece conforme conveniência deles. Me enrolaram com a entrega, me fizeram esperar no endereço de entrega após agendamento umas 3 vezes e ninguém apareceu ou deu satisfação. Foi dito que fariam ajuste na bainha das minhas cortinas caso eu precisasse em uma futura mudança de endereço. E quando eu precisei entrei em contato e a conversa foi outra, foi dito que não fariam o ajuste, e que no máximo poderiam me passar o contato de uma costureira para eu me virar.
O pós pagamento é o pior possível, tomem muito cuidado, pois até a forma de falar com você muda.
Se protejam desse tipo de empresa, é um perigo.
Antes de pagar sugiro que todo acordo seja por escrito e assinado pela empresa, pois não possuem palavra e nem compromisso com o cliente. Se puder nem façam com eles para fugir de qualquer problema, "seguro morreu de velho ".

Entrei em contato via WhatsApp e vendedor Sérgio (exatamente o mesmo que me vendeu a cortina) constatou o defeito no material. Após uma semana sem retorno da loja e após cobrar uma posição deles, fui informado que como demorei muito a informar o problema, eles não possuem um prazo para me dar uma solução pois o fornecedor da Bellage não está respondendo os e-mails. Pois bem, uma tremenda falta de respeito com o cliente, pois eu não comprei cortina com o fornecedor, eu comprei com a Bellage.
I bought a blackout curtain with the store Bellage Decorações and after a month it presented several sequential holes. I contacted WhatsApp and seller Sergio (exactly the same one who sold me the curtain) found the defect in the material.
