★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saímos de lá satisfeitos com a educação dos funcionários! Não me lembro de entrar nesse tipo de loja e contar com isso. A rapaziada da retirada são extremamente solícitos, bem como a moça que trabalha na frente do banheiro interno.
A parte ruim é a demora do sistema!
Super indico a loja!!!
 We left there satisfied with the education of the employees! I don't remember walking into that kind of store and counting on it. The guys at the retreat are extremely helpful, as well as the girl who works in front of the internal bathroom.
The bad part is the system delay!

Colaborador Tiago é o responsável por esse serviço de qualidade. Recomendo demais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de comprometimento, se colocaram a disposição para entrega no sábado dia 09/04/2022 caminhão que efetuaria a entrega quebrou, entendo imprevistos acontece, só que poderia ter falado que não teria como efetuar a entrega que eu procuraria outra empresa, só que se comprometeram efetuar a entrega no dia 16/04/2022, e em cima da hora fala que não vai poder também por ser Semana Santa, achei uma falta de respeito, mas tudo bem!
Irei procurar outra empresa!
Lack of commitment, if they made themselves available for delivery on Saturday 04/09/2022 the truck that would make the delivery broke down, I understand unforeseen events happen, but I could have said that there would be no way to deliver that I would look for another company, only if They promised to deliver on 04/16/2022, and at the last minute they say they won't be able to also because it's Holy Week, I thought it was a lack of respect, but that's okay!

Infelizmente, não me lembro o nome do rapaz que me atendeu para poder deixar registrado o meu elogio e o agradecimento pela atenção que me foi dada por ele. O WhatsApp da primeira vez foi rápido. Dá segunda ouve um problema na rede,que levaram 12 horas pra me responder. Eu tive que ligar pra loja.E resolvi em segundos toda minhas perguntas. O funcionário me atendeu muito bem .Que este sistema volte ao normal no atendimento ao clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou precisando de um produto que vende na Bernal, mas, são tantos problemas (entrega errada, produto faltando, entregadores que se recusam a cumprirem o trabalho deles, atendente que desliga na cara dos consumidores...) que os clientes enfrentaram. Estou até com medo de me estressar comprando nessa loja.
Meu emocional não atura grandes estresses e eu não tolero empresa irresponsável. Caso me acontecesse qualquer um dos problemas citados nas avaliações, processaria a loja sem dó ou piedade.
Espero mesmo que a Bernal corrija essa conduta reprovável de seus funcionários! Do contrário, ganhará prejuízos e muitos inimigos.
I'm in need of a product that sells at Bernal, but there are so many problems (wrong delivery, missing product, delivery guys who refuse to do their job, attendant who hangs up on customers...) that customers have faced. I'm even afraid of stressing out shopping at this store.
My emotional state can't handle great stress and I don't tolerate irresponsible company. If any of the problems mentioned in the reviews happened to me, I would sue the store without mercy or mercy.
